Your customer service is a JOKE and the agents very dense. I tried to explain to the one I got that my catalog promised $10.00 off and a free gift. She said I could only get !. I said that my catalog did not say either it said Both. Then I asked for a supervisor and she said “why” I said because she was “stupid”. She hung up on me and now no one will take my calls or call me back. Maybe I shouldn’t have called her stupid but she should have given me to a supervisor when I asked for one. I will never order from this company again and they don’t want to hear what I would say about them on Facebook!
I TOTALLY AGREE. I TRIED TO CONTACT EVERY ADDRESS GIVEN ON INTERNET AND FINALLY HAD TO WRITE A LETTER. GOT A STATEMENT WITH 5 DOLLARS OFF EACH OF MY THREE ORDERS BUT STILL NEVER GOT AN EXPLANATION (WHICH IS WHAT I REALLY WANTED). I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. I DO HAVE A COUPLE ORDERS TO BE PAID AND WILL PAY THEM IN THE TIME ALLOTTED BUT THAT IS ALL OF THE CONTACT I WILL HAVE WITH YOU FROM NOW ON. I WILL ALSO NEVER SUGGEST THAT FRIENDS OR FAMILY DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY.
